The core region consists of far more than just the abdominal muscles! Your core is your center of gravity and the place where all movements in your body originate. This Center of Power includes muscles around your spine, hips and even shoulders. Strength and stability in these muscles
is crucial for any level of athletic performance,
to prevent injury, enhance body control and
balance, and even increase your metabolism.

see - and feel - your abs...
