Shivani Jane is a Ceritified Svaroopa Yoga Teacher and a Yoga Therapist. As a dedicated student of the healing arts Shivani continues to refine her skills through the studies of Ayurveda, the lifestyle Yoga of balance and Feldenkrais, an exploration of awareness through movement. With over 15 years of experience in holistic health therapies she shares her passion for Self-care through Being Bliss Yoga.
Shivani offers a supportive yoga class that is taught in Svaroopa style (Bliss yoga) and is appropriate for anyone. Svaroopa yoga initiates deep changes within and is effective in opening and healing the body and mind. Shivani’s class encourages individuals to discover a gentle approach that will restore balance and bliss in their lives.
