A slow paced class suitable for your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters.
You will be guided through poses that strengthen and open your body to prepare for child bearing, and aid in relieving the common discomforts your body experiences during pregnancy.
A regular yoga practice also allows you to create
the time and space to look within yourself, and to cultivate a deeper connection to the growing life within.
Fathers to be are also welcome to join the class and share the experience.
